Tracy made the whole process from beginning to end seamless. He kept me up to date on everything from showings to potential offers. Tracy was Fantastic! He was super responsive, which was important throughout the entire process of selling our home. We have known Tracy Brown since our very 1st home purchase in 1997. When others told us we couldn’t qualify to buy, Tracy helped us find a way.
After attending a seminar Mr Brown had, we knew then that the sky was limitless. We just needed to do the work, and we did.
We managed not only to buy our 1st home but a second home as well. The 1st is still today, after 23yrs, rental income. He’s also helped our (26yo) daughter with her 1st home.
We continue to thank Mr Brown for the most recent sell of our duplex. Your positive attitude & knowledge of what to lookout for when dealing with investors was a God sent. Your words of “you don’t have to do a thing” made us breathe a little easier.
