Tracy Burch Greer

Tracy relocated from Seattle, Washington to Latah County, Idaho in November 1996. Initially hesitant about the move, she soon fell in love with North Idaho and all it had to offer, including the people, the sense of community, the wide-open spaces, and personal freedoms. Together, they bought acreage outside of Deary, Idaho and established The Painted Puppy/Pony Ranch, where they raised English Springer Spaniels and Quarterhorse Paints. After much consideration, she made the decision to become a REALTOR® and partnered with Coldwell Banker Tomlinson Associates. As a Certified Relocation Specialist and Navy Federal RealtyPlus Select Agent, she enjoys working with buyers and sellers on various types of properties including single family homes, farm and ranch, investment properties, condos and townhouses, and bare land. She has a passion for helping first-time homebuyers and veterans alike find their perfect piece of Idaho.
