Tracy’s move from Boise Idaho (in 2002) to Bellingham enabled her to focus full time on creating a real estate business exclusively in commercial sales and leasing. Over the past 15 years she has successfully negotiated and completed transactions in Land, office buildings, warehousing and commercial leasing primarily in Whatcom County.

Tracy blends her formal training as a Business Coach/Consultant and 15 + years of Commercial expertise to provide a clear and productive experience for her clients.
