Tracy Creighton

Tracy Creighton is a REALTOR® with Compass serving Oceanside and North County San Diego, including Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, Fallbrook, and Solana Beach. An Oceanside native who also spent many years in the city of San Diego, she brings a deep understanding of both coastal and urban markets throughout the region.

Tracy holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and is an alumna of the University of San Diego. Her finance background gives her a sharp, analytical approach to pricing, negotiation, and market strategy and in turn gives her clients a meaningful edge whether they're buying or selling.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Tracy helps homeowners navigate major life transitions including downsizing, relocation, and trust or inherited property sales. She also works with first-time homebuyers, Veterans utilizing VA loans, and clients looking to upsize or reposition within the market.
