I worked with a fabulous realtor, Tracy Gonzalez of Fathom Realty when deciding to list my home in the frenzy of the Wake County market. A bit of a back story, I bought my first home through Tracy and was already familiar with her and her impressive track record as a realtor. I didn’t hesitate to call her up again when I was ready to list my home. Tracy obviously left such a lasting impression on me that solidified her as my only choice in realtors when deciding to list my home. As always, Tracy and her team gave a stellar performance in providing a high quality of professional services. Tracy explained processes and everything in a way that was easy to understand from offers to closing inquiries. Tracy was always available to answer my questions. Tracy set me up with an awesome online “request appointment” tool for home showing appointments that put all the power in my hands of being the deciding voice on booking appointment showings for my home. Utilizing this tool proved to be invaluable for time management of my personal life. Tracy is the real deal. She was honest and forthright- no games. Tracy is in the “know” and is always updated with what’s going on in the market. Tracy really cares about clients and their overall well-being as it pertains to their buying and selling interest. Tracy was connected with all the right resources and professionals for getting my home market ready. Tracy certainly thinks out of the box when it came to innovative marketing strategies for my home that proved to be spot on. Once showings began, my house sold in 2 days and not just over asking price, but wayyyy over asking price. Tracy is the best! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. Adjectives that I would use to describe Tracy is, very professional, experienced, and capable of her job in all aspects. I am now looking for my next home and of course Tracy is my realtor not only for my next home but for life. I will forever remain a repeat customer. Tracy recently helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we couldn't be happier! Here are some things we really appreciate about her:

-She patiently showed us houses for over 2 months until we found the right property.
- She always arrived at appointments on time.
-She taught us all about the home-buying process at our first appointment so we knew exactly what to expect during each step.
-Every single person in her network that she recommended (home inspector, closing attorney, etc.) did a phenomenal job and provided us with great prices.
-Tracy responded in a timely manner any day of the week.
-She knew what to look for when we viewed properties so we had a good idea of potential repairs or other issues/benefits to each particular property.
-She covers a LARGE area so we were able to view properties all over the Triangle area and beyond (our range was North Durham to Angier).

We've worked with Tracy while buying and selling two homes, and both times she has been great to work with. She's got a number of competent, reasonably priced contacts for anything you'd need, from photographers, staging, cleaning and repairs, inspections, movers, etc. That's not what makes her stand out though. She's personable and very easy to work with. And she works hard. She's always there if you have a question or concerns. Our most recent purchase was a new build, and she really helped us in all aspects to make sure we were taken care of and that the builder was doing what they were supposed to. Tracy is knowledgeable and is able to find homes that suit your needs, and is happy to let you search on your own as well. She's in no rush, and I love that about her. I highly recommend working with Tracy and her team! I've referred her to family and friends, and I know if we move again I'll be calling her!

I know how stressful it is to search for your dream house. It is a lengthy and tiring process. This is the third time that we are working with Tracy Gonzalez and her team. I am glad that every time it is the same smooth and easy process. They are responsive and very helpful. What else I can ask?

Tracy is all in one when it comes to her professionalism, knowledge of real estate and this area, along with her ability to lead her clients through the process from the very beginning with her attention to every detail. She doesn't go away after closing either! Once her client, you are always her client!

Tracy is an excellent listing agent! She truly takes the time to educate her client's to help them prepare their home for the selling market. This helps her seller's get the highest and best offer within a very reasonable time frame. She hires me for all of her listing photos and her expertise truly shows with every one of the homes that she lists. You won't go wrong hiring Tracy Gonzalez to sell your home!
