As a Victoria-area REALTOR® with deep roots in South Texas, I bring a unique combination of real estate experience, contract knowledge, negotiation skills, and personal service to every transaction.
I am a Victoria native and grew up in Victoria and Goliad counties. Before building my real estate career, I spent more than 30 years working in the legal field as a paralegal and law-firm administrator. That background gives me a strong understanding of contracts, deadlines, details, negotiations, and the importance of protecting my clients' interests from beginning to end.
Licensed as a Texas REALTOR® since 2008, I work with buyers and sellers throughout Victoria and the surrounding communities, including residential homes, farm and ranch properties, acreage, and commercial real estate.
For sellers, I believe a home deserves more than simply being placed in the MLS with a sign in the yard. I develop a customized marketing strategy designed to position each property effectively, including professional photography, video marketing, social media exposure, open houses, digital advertising, and strategic pricing.
For buyers, I focus on understanding not only what they are looking for, but why it matters to them. I help clients navigate the market, evaluate properties, negotiate confidently, and manage the details all the way through closing.
