About Tracy

Originally from Western Washington, Tracy dreamed of the day she could sport a great tan and wear flip flops year-round. Although she took a detour through Oklahoma (the land of tornados and ice storms), she finally arrived in Phoenix in 2014 and hasn’t looked back.

Tracy has spent many years providing excellent customer service for an international purveyor of fine coffee, and as a closing coordinator for a large homebuilder. She is now thrilled to offer her knowledge, professionalism and fun-loving attitude to the fine people of Maricopa County as your new favorite real estate agent.

Having been through homebuying and selling herself, Tracy knows what is involved and how important communication and organization are to a successful closing. She believes in the value of education and keeping you informed and prepared for each step in the process. Also, sometimes chocolate helps.

When Tracy isn’t immersed in real estate she loves to read, spend quality time with her rescue dogs, and take day trips with her family to admire and enjoy the unique beauty of the Arizona desert. She also spends a great deal of time each fall watching football. GO SEAHAWKS!
