Tracy Showalter

Tracy is a worldly sophisticate with a broad and unique range of business and leadership skills. Her occupational experiences have provided her with qualities essential to becoming a true real estate professional including strategic thinking, negotiation skills, ability to adhere to strict deadlines, and a keen eye for design and spatial planning. Tracy is a problem solving, customer-oriented visionary who truly understands the importance of open communication with her clients.

An eternal optimist, her clients can always expect to receive honest and heartfelt feedback from Tracy. She is an efficient and consummate professional who believes that her clients should always expect the best in customer efforts and will receive that one hundred percent of the time. Motivated by finding the beauty in all things, Tracy understands how incredibly impactful and emotional buying or selling a home can be. Her life history and professional experiences grant her a unique perspective on how best to serve her clients while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of the process.

Born and raised in Prince Frederick, Tracy has been surrounded by the real estate industry her entire life. While she has incredibly strong ties to the community and a vast love for and knowledge of Southern Maryland, her strong urge to travel and see the world came to fruition through her work; over the past 16 years, she has lived in Philadelphia and traveled the globe to visit more than 40 countries. Ultimately realizing she is a Maryland girl at heart, she now lives in Edgewater.

Tracy will be joining Sally Showalter to form the Showalter Group and she will be working primarily out of our Annapolis offices.
