Hello! I am Tracy Lynn Stopson!
I am a Broker Associate for SouthEast Commercial Real Estate/Properties in Mississippi and Cooper & Co. in Alabama. With over 20 years of multimedia and social marketing experience and an extensive business background, I have what it takes to effectively market homes and sell them quickly. I am not a REALTOR® that just puts a “sign in a yard”. So, ask me about my integrated, extensive, and consistent marketing plan to get your home seen! Looking to buy? I am a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and I am passionate about the MS and AL areas where I have spent so much of my life. Over the past 20 years, I have worked as a business development consultant, special event coordinator, and marketing strategist for various companies and nonprofits focusing on traditional, digital, and social media. I also received an MBA with an emphasis in business management and marketing from the University of Southern Mississippi.
I am actively involved in the community as a Chamber Champion with the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce, co-founder, Community Outreach chair, and certified program leader for NAMI Coastal Mississippi, and an advocate for promoting local businesses through my Mississippi Gulf Coast Strong networking group.
If I am not working, you will find me most often running the beach, in the kitchen baking and cooking, or simply relaxing on my porch swing with a good book. I grew up in Long Beach, Mississippi, but I currently reside in Gulfport.
