This is our fifth transaction working with Tracy in the past eight years. She is more than my agent but an old friend. After buying the first house with her help, I know I will not consider anyone else. She is very professional, responsive and you can totally reliable. Tracy helped us to buy a house again and sell our old one at the same time. She closely followed up with the counterparty and update us on any changes timely. She also helps us host a wonderful open house.

Tracy is an amazing buying agent that made my homebuying process incredibly smooth. She was my second agent, my first agent lost about five houses and didn't tell me anything; I changed to Tracy after losing so much.

Tracy is the complete opposite, she kept me informed at all times and communicates with every party and negotiates down the price for you (even though it reduces her own commission). As a result, she was able to close the first house I put an offer on at the lowest price possible.

It was a pleasure working with Tracy as a first time home buyer! Home buying can be intimidating at times, but Tracy made the whole ordeal seamless and wort free. I always felt well informed at all times and that Tracy had only me and my family’a best interests in mind. We recently bought a house with Tracy. Tracy is very professional and has strong communication skills. We worked well during the whole process. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends! During the house hunting process, Tracy went through the disclosure documents carefully and give us a lot of advice, such as pointing out the potential issues of some houses and suggest us to passing them. Meanwhile, she also encouraged us to place the offer with appropriate price without over asking. When the house was in contract, she actively communicated with the listing agent and loan agent to ensure smooth closing within 21 days! We had an amazing and quick journey with Tracy and Alex. This is how quick it was:

August 12th: Was introduced to Tracy via phone.
August 18th: Met Tracy in person and went on house tours. Saw a house we loved and that night we placed a bid.
August 20th: We found out the seller accepted our offer.
September 15th: We closed on our house and got the keys!

Tracy knew the area very well. We told her our wants, needs and concerns. She took what she heard and guided us on how we should bid. Do you want an agent that actively listens to you and actually PUTS YOU FIRST AND NOT HER WALLET? Then Tracy & Alex are your team. There was a house we were interested in, but we had budgetary constraints. She dug deep to figure out the needs of the seller (up to what the seller's agent would disclose), reached out to other agents that she knew that placed bids on the same property, and then worked a plan to help us nab the property. What impressed me the most was when she said, "Let's see how we can COMPRESS the price and then write the offer" even knowing there were other bids out there! I bid under the seller's asking price, which the asking price was already the cheapest in the area. To give you some background, we were looking in the upper eastside of Castro Valley, which traditionally are priced in the $800+ sq/ft range for a move-in ready home during this economic environment. The asking price was around $600+ sq/ft. She helped us knock down to $580 sq/ft.

Alex and Tracy arranged to meet us at the property to welcome us. Although Tracy had to leave to help another client (she's a total super agent!), Alex was there to surprise us with home welcoming gifts! I am definitely going to utilize Tracy & Alex to help us build our real estate portfolio. We gained trustworthy agents who now turned into family friends. The next social gathering we are going to host, we will definitely invite Alex, Tracy, and their kids. We need them to help the rest of our family and friends build their American Dreams and get the ball rolling on that generational wealth!

We couldn't believe it when we saw the final reveal of the property. Tracy and Alex Lau had done such a fantastic job staging the property immediately as we received a concierge fund for $75k. We were amazed at how many people were interested in putting multiple offers, even though it was technically off-market and no one put up an offer at first. In the end, we had 30+ buyers come through and It was crazy to see how much demand there was for this property after we've been staged with Tracy and Alex's help!

I don't know what we would have done without them. They were amazing through the entire process. she knows the Hayward market very well as she knew the market inside and out and the way they showed their expertise, well impressive! I can't believe how smoothly everything went as it was like Tracy was a mind reader or something! Tracy and her husband Alex helped us to navigate through a complex transaction which includes winning a bid in a hot market and renting out our existing property in a short timeframe for loan purposes.

We would not be able to purchase the house without Tracy's great communication skills and strong professional network. In particular, Tracy gave me a reasonable price range and constructed a well prepared bidding strategy for my purchase which is opposite to some agents who always encourage clients to give "best possible offer". I think this is a great value for buyers, especially in current hot market. More importantly, both Tracy and Alex provided value add services and suggestions for inspections and renting during the whole process which enable us to buy the house and rent out our properties with high confidence.

Tracy Tang is the best agent we've ever worked with. We had the pleasure of working with her to sell our home in Castro Valley and she and Alex helped us sell it at a record price.
She is an expert of the tri-valley and nearby and we got to know her when we were actually trying to move to Dublin. We had a lot of questions as we are unsure of exactly what kind of place we want and she always patiently answers our questions and gives us helpful insights to help us figure it out. Eventually we decided to buy a new construction home and have her represent us to look after our interest.
While it's still building, we enlisted her help on selling out our place in Castro Valley. Tracy understands the stress of buying and selling a home. She has great connections from reliable contractors refreshing our place for sale to top tier stagers and photographers, moving companies and cleaning crews, and took care of all the steps for us to sell the place. Her read on the market and her strategy was on point, and we couldn't be happier with the result.
The biggest take away when you work with Tracy is that you will gain a friend who looks after your interest and takes care of everything perfectly. We highly recommend her and you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had been working with Tracy for over a year together, trying to find our next home. It's been such a pleasure along the journey. We were not 100% sure about what is the best option for us, Tracy had always been really patient within us, showing different houses and explain pros and cons of different locations, conditions, market etc. Finally we decided on this beautiful house in Walnut Creek with huge lot and many potential to add our own touch, she worked really hard to help us getting the house, coordinate with lender, title company and seller's agent. She also gave many good advices on how to save money while doing upgrades and remodeling. Tracy's husband also her partner Alex is very nice and super helpful. He is a civil engineer, so we got many professional advices from him. We are very happy with Tracy, she is very knowledgeable, well organized and super connected, By the way, she is also selling our current house, we definitely recommend working with her.
