About Tracy

Originally from the Milwaukee Wisconsin area, Tracy started a career as a cosmetologist. Her creativity won a first-place award for styling and she was featured in Wisconsin Women magazine for her make up artistry. Tracy went on to open her own salon. Needing another challenge, Tracy went on to college to receive an associates degree in Marketing and earned a bachelors in Business Administration from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio. Tracy utilized her creativity and marketing expertise as a Flooring sales specialist where she loved working with clients to make practical color selections and stylish design choices.

While in Ohio, Tracy met her husband Bill Teutsch and they now have two beautiful children and one granddaughter. Tracy’s husband was a custom home builder in the Columbus Ohio area. Wanting to work together as a team, Tracy obtained her Real Estate Certification from Hondros College and enjoyed working side by side with her husband as a Realtor in Ohio for over 8 years.

Tracy and Bill moved to Southwest Florida full time when he was offered a new custom build opportunity in Bonita Springs. Bill started his own building/remodeling company Teutsch Builders South, and Tracy obtained her Florida Real Estate License. So, once again they have become a team. God and family are very important to Tracy. She enjoys Bible study fellowship and has attended a two-year bible college. She became a member of the ministry team at her church and enjoys her relationship with Jesus. As a result, Tracy has been to Peru, Honduras, and Guatemala on missions. Tracy provides her clients with the very best service and attention to detail that they deserve. Her business and marketing experience, integrity and strong work ethic help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. As an Accredited Home Stager, Tracy can showcase properties with a competitive edge, setting them apart from the competition.
