Tracy Torres began her career writing and ad copy for an advertising firm and transitioned into management at a "Fast Fifty" high tech firm in Seattle. It was the perfect training ground to growing a successful real estate business which began in 2006 in Austin, Texas.
Ric Torres joined the team in 2008 and brings with him his 20+ years of "C-Level" sales and negotiation experience. Ric is well positioned to represent and lead his clients through even the most complex of contract negotiations. As a real estate investor, he has bought, rehabbed, leased and sold property for profit, and knows what makes a good investment.
As a real estate team, their experience runs the gamut of luxury residences, waterfront homes, ranches on acreage, condos, townhomes, raw land, leases, new construction and investment properties. A "never say never" approach has helped them close many challenging deals – like a listings at risk of foreclosure/auction, purchasing a sliver of land to create sub-dividable acreage for a ranch, and negotiating the purchase of land under Lake Travis to create usable waterfront for their clients' simultaneous purchase of a new water view home – a triple contingency where the new property, inundated land in front, and home they were selling were all contingent upon the purchase and/or sale of each.
