A San Jose native, Tracy has more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry. She first began selling real estate in 2000 before starting an interior design business that she ran for 15 years (including custom wall finishes, window coverings, and draperies). In 2015, Tracy chose to return to being a real estate sales professional full-time. Since then, her business has expanded to several Tucson communities, although she most often works in The Canyons and the Foothills.
Her interior design business has only helped Tracy expand her real estate career. She is adept at crafting unique visions for her buyers and netting the best values for her sellers. In 2019, Tracy was named one of the Best Real Estate Agents in America and a consistent top-producing realtor from 2018 to 2020.
If you ask any of her previous clients, they will tell you that Tracy is excellent at follow-through. She maintains connections with her clients long after the transaction to ensure they feel supported in every way. Determined and persistent, Tracy takes considerable pride in going the extra mile for every person she assists and loves matching clients to the perfect property.
Tracy loves how peaceful the area is and the spectacular views the region boasts. She is an active community volunteer and enjoys keeping up with the local arts and culture scene. A fitness enthusiast and cycle competitor, Tracy likes to keep busy in her free time. You will often find her rooting for her favorite sports team, the Green Bay Packers.
Every Thursday night, Tracy looks forward to babysitting her adorable nephew, Otis. She also has a son, Kai, and two stepchildren and recently met her first grandson, Grayson. Tracy is immensely proud of her family, having watched her son grow up and overcome adversity.
