WNC's rich forests are my playground, and they're also where I work. After being raised in the outskirts of Seattle, I moved to Asheville in 2005 both for my career and for my love of the outdoors. I am a bit of a unicorn among real estate brokers, having chosen to focus on brokering raw land. From helping eco-conscious land developers to working with people looking to find the right lot to build their dream home, I enjoy it all.

My commitment to learning has served me well. After years of brokering land, I am well trained in land-specific skills such as helping determine the best location for house placement, lot-specific mapping, identifying viewshed corridors, and determining the best placement for road and driveway access. I love Asheville’s small-town feel combined with city amenities. I can't think of a better place to raise my family. My outdoor passions include mountain biking, rock climbing, backpacking, hiking, traveling and swimming in our gorgeous rivers.
