With more than a decade in real estate and recognition among the top 1% of agents in the region, I’ve built my career around a simple belief: markets change, but sound principles don’t. Strategy, integrity, disciplined execution, and clear communication have shaped the way I serve clients and lead The Scott Home Team. I’m naturally wired to look beyond the obvious. I study market trends, pressure-test decisions, anticipate problems before they become problems, and negotiate from a position of leverage. I’m not interested in simply getting a transaction to the closing table. My goal is to understand what matters most to the client, build the right strategy around it, and create the strongest possible outcome. Real estate has a lasting impact on people’s financial futures, and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. Whether someone is buying, selling, investing, or trying to determine their best next move, my role is to bring clarity to the decision, think several moves ahead, and provide steady, decisive leadership from the first conversation through closing. Outside of real estate, life stays just as full. My wife and I live together, work together, and still show up every day for each other and our clients. At home, we share the house with five cats who are fully convinced they’re in charge. When we get the chance to unplug, we love heading north, exploring Northern Michigan, finding a good trail, or turning a concert into a road trip. And if A Day To Remember is playing within a four-hour drive, there’s a pretty good chance we already have tickets. Real estate is also very much a full-time commitment for me. Over the years, I’ve written offers and negotiated deals from hotel rooms, airports, road trips, and more than a few concert parking lots. When a client needs us, we show up.
