My husband and I moved to the area due to job relocation and didn't know a single person. Tricia was recommended by a friend of a friend. We had no expectations but boy did we get lucky. Tricia was on top of everything and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had during the process. She went above and beyond, even taking care of a couple of items for us while we were out of town. Very personable and overall just pleasant to work with. We could not have been happier with our experience. Will definitely use Tricia again in the future!

I was in the necessity of a Home I had the budget for something simple like an apartment but had two big dogs that are my life.Time was passing,A home started decreasing in price couldn’t get the realtor to make it happen called Tricia Davis and explained .Tricia never used a NO she jumped to the situation with so much kindness and in a week I had my home.Amazing realtor her heart ❤️goes along the way with her career.
