It was so reassuring to have a professional like Tricia on our side! In every interaction with her, we were confident we were getting expert advice and guidance... which took a lot of the stress out of the whole process. She's professional, personable, and willing to do what it takes to help her clients out throughout the process. So here we are, with a house that's sold and closed - just a little over 30 days from first discussions with her to the end. I'm sure they don't all go this quickly, but regardless, I'd highly recommend having Tricia in your corner for any real estate needs!

Tricia’s expertise and professionalism was displayed throughout the sales process from the opening discussion for and actual listing, into the bidding and sale and through the closing and beyond. From the professional and beautiful pictures she had taken of the property to the final day of closing, she was right there with us. She sold ours before it ever officially went on the market!?! And, she’s so good, that she actually sold it back to the previous owners of the house!! How often does that happen?? My wife and I worked with Tricia to sell our home this summer – in the middle of a strange and unpredictable real estate market and we could not have done it without her. Our home was in a great location but we were surrounded by other options so to make our home more attractive to potential buyers, Tricia went the extra mile and worked with a savvy staging consultant to make our home look practically catalog worthy. She made recommendations for repairs and improvements that would help sell our home and went the extra mile to highlight the great features of our home in her marketing efforts to expose us to the most interested buyers. One of our unique challenges was that we only lived in the area 50% of the time so Tricia was a huge help to us as we flew back and forth across several states to take care of the selling activities, meeting with repair personnel and supervising any work we completed. There is no way we would have been able to get the price we got without Tricia’s professional experience and real estate know-how. My husband I and recently worked with Tricia to sell our home in Franklin, TN. In addition to a global pandemic which created a sense of uncertainty with each of our decisions around how to price the home and the best way to market it; we also had to determine the best approach to handling showings, for the safety of all involved. Tricia was a true professional in every sense of the word. She provided excellent advice for each of these decisions, made great recommendations for how to respond to all inquiries and offers and essentially led us through each step of the process. She was responsive, she listened and considered our perspective in her suggestions and she was a world-class negotiator which was frankly a little bit amazing to experience. I, for certain, would not have been able to navigate through the complexities of the demands of a seller and buyer with such grace and efficiency and I can confidently say we would not have been able to close the sale at such a great price point without her experience and wisdom. I could honest not recommend her enough and would never recommend trying to sell an expensive home without an experienced professional to complete the transaction.

Tricia is an amazing realtor who went above and beyond for me. My situation was a challenging one considering I did not live in state, but needed to sell my house. Tricia went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. One day she even sat an hour in her car waiting for the gas company to arrive! This was my first time selling a house, so she walked me through all the steps and helped formulate a plan to make sure my house received the most attention from buyers. A friend referred Tricia to us to help us find a home in Franklin, TN. We're relocating from out of state, so we didn't know any Realtors in the area. My wife and I have bought and sold several homes, and we both found our experience with Tricia to be the best we've ever had with a Realtor. She was always incredibly responsive, and truly bent over backwards to make our buying process as smooth as possible. When we encountered a challenge at closing (that had nothing to do with her), she went over and above anything I would have expected to do her part to resolve the issue. I met Tricia through the neighborhood I was living at, and started a conversation about the possibility of listing our house. Tricia was super responsive, and since we were not sure if we really wanted to list it, she gave us the time we needed. She then informed us that she knew of someone possibly interested in our house, and we then started the process.
