He has spent 15 years in the commercial property and casualty insurance business in Chicago working for multi-national insurers and brokerages where he gained valuable experience dealing with large commercial risks. That experience translated to an understanding of a wide array of businesses, and working with high profile clients who depended on his professionalism and expertise to ensure their organizational exposures were protected. After a successful career, he moved to the real estate industry in 1997 and began working with a national home builder in the Chicago market where he won several industry awards for sales production and in 1999 was named top sales performer for the company. His interest in Naples stemmed from spending several years visiting the area where his family had owned a home in Naples since 1989.
