Trish Hamilton

Trish loves helping her clients find their dream home. She also loves selling homes and helping clients find their next home to purchase. She is an expert in the real estate market for first time home buyers and sellers, whether it’s their first home, second home or forever dream home.

Trish began working in real estate as an assistant to a top producer in Mt. Juliet in 2014. She took the time to learn and develop systems for the Melonie Rich Homes team. In 2015, she began her own contract to close business working with several agents closing up to 20 properties a month.

In early 2016, Trish took the leap of faith and found herself in real estate classes. She also had the opportunity to work as a licensed realtor with Patterson Properties of Mt. Juliet and have gained much experience working with several top producers and the rookie of the year in 2016. She walked every client to the closing table on this team. She has the experience in winning multiple offers and strive to meet the clients’ needs from the beginning through closing. She is the expert on everything in between the offer and closing table to keys in the clients’ hands.

Trish is currently an independent Affiliate Broker, REALTOR with Benchmark Realty. Being an independent agent has allowed her to spend more time with her family being able to make memories as spending time with her husband and boys has been the greatest reward.

Trish is so honored and grateful to be able to help clients’ dreams come true. It’s such a joy to witness other journeys fall into place and she gets to help guide them through the home buying or selling process. She absolutely loves watching this come to fruition for her clients, her friends, and her family.
