Trish Morrison -- Living in Austin since 1995, I consider myself an Austin old-timer. I've seen the city grow and I've grown with it. Real Estate is my passion and after renting, buying, selling, and leasing my own properties throughout the years, I decided to make it official and help others with their real estate needs. I've lived almost everywhere in the city—and have the stories to prove it—and I now live in the Bee Cave area, my final frontier.
I come from the world of marketing, events, and product management. I'm having fun capitalizing on this experience in the world of real estate. Whether you are buying or selling, I'll bring my love of Austin and the Hill Country to you. I prefer a collaborative approach, working with your needs at the center of everything I do.
ABOUT MY SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST (SRES®) DESIGNATION
My journey into real estate in the Texas Hill Country is deeply personal, having been shaped by my experience helping my mom transition into an independent living facility. It was not only about relocating; it was a profound life change for both of us, filled with challenges and adjustments that we continue to navigate.
This experience taught me that I am more than a real estate agent. Yes, I know the market and how to manage transactions. I also understand the emotional aspects of moving. Packing up a lifetime of memories, finding the right place, and adjusting to new beginnings is a process, at times painful and at other times, a joyous adventure.
Whether downsizing for simplicity or finding a larger home for comfort, I guide my clients through significant life changes with understanding and empathy. Selling a home isn't just closing a deal; it's facilitating your transition. Buying a home is about finding a place that feels right for your current phase of life.
My mission is simple: to make real estate less about transactions and more about transitions.
When considering a move—whether downsizing, upsizing, or anything in between—it’s okay to have mixed feelings and to seek help. I am here to offer guidance, support, and understanding. Let's navigate this journey together with care and a deep commitment to finding what it truly means to be home.
