Trish Ragland

Trish began her real estate career in 1993 specializing in condos and single-family homes. She has been a resident of South Orange County since 1972, and she is very familiar with this dynamic and ever-changing area. She has a solid reputation as an honest, thorough, and patient professional, guiding her clients through the sometimes-challenging prospect of purchasing or selling a home.

She is also an Interior Designer, certified by the Institute of Interior Design in Newport Beach. One of her greatest strengths is negotiating, due to her extensive education and experience in both Counseling and Design. She has an eye for design and detail, and she listens to her clients' needs.

Trish spends her free time with her husband, children and grandchildren and also enjoy gardening. She loves Harley Davidson motorcycles (a surprise to all), but not riding them anymore. She can't lie, she still loves the roar of one! You can also find her at Calvary Church in Capistrano Beach, playing bridge with family and friends, going to the beach, or walking her beloved pups!
