Michael was absolutely fantastic to work with. We were out of town buyers who knew the area we wanted to be in, but were not able to be in person and had to do everything remotely. Michael worked seamlessly with us, doing video walkthroughs of properties, coordinating with multiple parties, recommending companies to reach out to across all our needs (mortgage, legal, rental management, etc). Communication was also super quick and thorough, and he helped make our long term dream of having a beach property a reality. Anything that needed to be handled in person he made himself available and just overall it was smoother than some of the in-person transactions we've done. 1. Trisha Midgett was so wonderful to work with. She has excellent communication skills, and her knowledge of current market trends gave me a great sense of comfort & ease when getting our beach home under contract and all the way to the closing table. We had a great experience purchasing a home in Avon! Our realtor, Courtney Snearer, was incredible. She listened to what we were looking for and provided a great list of homes that matched the criteria, as well as a home that she found which would be coming to market soon. We ended up not being able to schedule an in person walk through, so Courtney sent us a video of her walking through the home and narrating as she went. Everything was smooth sailing from there. Contracts were signed and inspections were scheduled. When we received some unfortunate news during the inspection process, she helped us get quotes for repairs so we could make the best possible decision. 100% would recommend her to others!

Wow! We finally found our forever beach cottage! We had been in the beach rental market on the OBX for over 15 years with three large beach cottages. Trisha and her team helped us sell the last home in Ocean Isle Estates in December 2018 so that we could finally "retire" into a smaller sound front cottage that we would use as a 2nd home for just friends and family. I had overlooked a home on Zillow and Realtor because of its decor. Trisha insisted that I see this home in Brigands Bay - and when we did - WOW! We had an excellent experience with the Trisha Midgett team. When we decided to buy our house, I hadn't lived in NC for many years but I expected everyone to be very friendly. However, as a business executive coming from "the big city" to Hatteras Island, I thought the level of professionalism and responsiveness may be less than what I was used to. Well, I was right about the very friendly but boy was I wrong about the professionalism.

Everyone we dealt with was super nice and responsive but our agent, Courtney, was simply exceptional. She was incredibly knowledgeable, on top of every detail, and anticipated many of our concerns before we even raised them. I would buy another house from her in a second and we already recommended her to some friends.

Trisha and Team dealt with negotiations with buyer promptly and effectively resulting in a smooth settletment. They also were very accomadating in assisting us with removal and storage of personal items from the house before settlement which avoided us from takng an expensive trip from out of state to clear out the items.
