Tristan Alfonso

Tristan was born in Pampanga Philippines and moved to the United States when he was 3 years old. As a natural problem solver and self-motivator, it is no wonder why Tristan found his true passion in the world of real estate. His interest in landscape, architecture and the housing market fueled his drive to become a realtor. The experience of purchasing his own dream home serves as an inspiration to help others achieve the same joy.

Tristan embodies the energy and enthusiasm that clients look for as they start the process of buying or selling their home. It is his personal belief that clients deserve his honesty and commitment to create a standard of trust as they navigate through the sometimes-difficult stages of home ownership. He thoroughly enjoys the rich relationship he builds with his clients, many of which have naturally transitioned into friendship.

Before his gravitation towards real estate, Tristan’s experience includes 20 years in management for various healthcare corporations. Through the years, Tristan developed similar qualities one would expect in a realtor: excellent communication skills, analytic ability, decision making and problem solving are key traits that affords successful transactions and client satisfaction.

He is a firm believer that knowledge is power and continues to attend workshops to strengthen his skills and professional development. As an active member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and Pacific West Association of Realtors, Tristan is up to date on the latest topics in real estate and in the local market.

When his is not working, Tristan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, trusty Rottweiler, and miniature Pug. Their adventures include RV camping, fishing, dirt biking, traveling, and boating. He also reserves time as a parent volunteer at his children’s elementary school. He credits his family for instilling the belief that you can achieve any goal with hard work, tenacity, and determination.
