About Tristan

Tristan is a Fort Lauderdale Native. After graduating from High Point University in North Carolina with a Degree in Sales and Marketing, he returned to Fort Lauderdale where he attended Nova Southeastern University and received his MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship.

Tristan started in Entrepreneurship at a young age, in 10th Grade, he started a company stringing Lacrosse Heads for teammates. Then in his Senior year of High School, he started a Full Service Visual Media Advertising company focused on the Marine Industry. Before Tristan found his passion in Real Estate, he led a brand in the companion pet industry, which he built from the ground up, through acquisition. Tristan spent 2 years working in leasing as a Landlord Rep for a privately held Commercial Real Estate portfolio. Most recently, he worked as a Sales Associate under the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate brand where he was awarded Rookie of the Year and quickly became a top producing agent.

Tristan brings marketing, sales, and commercial real estate experience to the job. Although Tristan is young, he is no stranger to hard work and will do what it takes to provide the best customer experience possible.

Outside of work, Tristan enjoys many different activities including Boating, Fishing, Scuba Diving, Racing, spending time with his family, and much more! At the age of 20, Tristan obtained his 100-ton USCG Master Captains License.
