When starting his career in the early eighty’s, he quickly became a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club (when the average sales price was below $100,000).

He has worked at the #1 sales office for a National Real Estate Franchise as a sales associate. He has been the sales manager for a National Real Estate Franchise. Owned and Operated a Franchised Real Estate Office and Been the President of the local Board of Realtors. He is a State Director for the California Association of Realtors and a Member of the National Association of Realtors

These experiences led him to create Elite Real Estate Group as a response to the changing marketplace, and the lack of support for independent brokers and agents from the large national franchises.
