My husband and I recently had the privilege of working with Troy to find a house in Seattle. As first-time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing; good thing Troy knows the real estate business inside and out! He was able to answer all of our questions, get any information that we needed lightning quick and is fun and personable to work with. His knowledge and responsiveness made the process much easier than we had thought possible and we were moving into our new home less than two months after first contact. Outstanding realtor, we would work with him again in a heartbeat!

Working with Troy McLean in purchasing a home was a wonderful experience! What we appreciated most about Troy was his responsiveness, his depth of knowledge of not only the market but also his ability to see the greater vision with a home as an investment piece, and also his speed/aggressiveness in executing a contract.

Troy was extremely responsive during our home buying process, even about some of the smaller pieces of the process he was available and knowledgeable which put our minds at ease.

What really stood out to both my husband and I was how when we were touring homes, Troy could give us as few or as many details on what we could do with the home. This was extremely helpful as like many couples, we were torn between new build and/or putting more money to renovate. Troy knew this and was extremely helpful in offering suggestions on the amount of cost, time, etc. it would take to say rebuild a kitchen or add a bathroom etc. His expertise comes from his own experiences in doing this as well as years invested in real estate. We so appreciated working with someone this knowledgeable about not only the home buying process, but also with seeing the larger investment vision.

Additionally, we really appreciated how Troy was clear that in a competitive market in King County, his goal was for us to put the cleanest/most aggressive deal on the table. He was very patient in walking us through the contract and making sure we were all comfortable with the terms. We appreciated his 'fight' for us during the contract process.

Altogether, working with Troy was a wonderful experience for us as homebuyers. I recommend Troy for people who want an experienced and driven agent during the home buying process!
