If you want an experienced, knowledgeable realtor with a positive attitude, hire Troy Smith. Troy will absolutely wow you. He is a hard worker who goes above and beyond for his clients.

Troy arranged for stunning photos and state-of-the-art video tours of my house, provided sales materials to highlight my home in the most favorable light, assisted me in staging, held open houses that were catered events for prospective buyers, and, when the time came, negotiated tirelessly on my behalf.

After a full-price offer fell through due to the failure of performance by the buyer, Troy rolled up his sleeves and worked tirelessly and quickly, keeping up the positivity to find me another buyer.

I am delighted that his efforts garnered me a near full-price sale and financial peace of mind.

Miracle Worker!!

After about a year of searching for our perfect dream home, unsuccessfully, we had the luck of meeting Troy Smith. We were so taken by his charm, sincerity, and professionalism, that we asked him to be our local agent. Within a couple of months, Troy had us in our perfect…beyond dream…property!!

Through the whole process, Troy was responsive, communicative, reliable, and patient. I know for a fact that if Troy hadn’t been so responsive, and such a great advocate, we would not have gotten the amazing property we did…especially in such a competitive market.

While we were in escrow, he was diligent about keeping us on track as far as timelines, and was always very organized and meticulous with assisting us on doing our due diligence. Trust me, Troy is someone you want in your corner when facing such a big life decision.

You would think that the close of escrow would have been where Troy’s help ended…nope. Troy helped us even more with great referrals/contacts, and recommendations to assist us with our transition into our new home and community.

Extremely Helpful. Troy Smith was both extremely helpful & essential, in selling the home on behalf of an estate I had represented in Murrieta. He came into a complex and lengthy situation, and did not flinch. His extensive network of contractors was beyond useful in making improvements to the home and bringing it up to speed. He managed and supervised the projects seamlessly and cheerfully, which also saved the estate many thousands of dollars. Along with his expertise in knowing the local market, and how to best market the property (his marketing is very impressive), as well as planned and accurate pricing to produce a number of buyers wanting the property for top dollar. This subsequently resulted in price competition, which greatly advantaged us. He is great to work with, highly responsive and sees the project all the way through! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting outstanding real estate services. Thank you, Troy!
