Troy Worley is a Business Development Associate on the Real Estate Development Team at The BR Companies, where he connects people with the spaces they need to thrive and helps bring innovative developments to life across the Midwest, Southern California, and Baja, Mexico. Leveraging market research and analysis alongside a passion for creating dynamic places, he identifies and pursues opportunities that align with the firm’s vision and stakeholders’ goals. Born and raised in Pasadena, Troy graduated from the University of Arkansas and returned to Los Angeles to launch his real estate career. A licensed real estate agent and key member of the development team, he is recognized for building strong relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders to ensure project success. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, hiking, and surfing.
