03/08/2016 - user38299949 From Zillow When I meet people who use realtors other than Troyce I always wonder, “Why would you use anyone other than Troyce Gatewood?” Troyce surpasses amazing, going above and beyond anything I ever expected of a realtor. I realize I am not her only client, but I feel like I am because of the absolute attention to detail, promptness of response, and knowledge she has for the property I own and the one I wish to purchase. She truly thinks of everything and then some. Prior to this, my husband used Troyce when he was looking to buy a house in Frederick many years ago. When my husband and I married, we used Troyce to buy a house in 2014. This year, we used her to sell our house and buy another bigger home for our expanding family. I don’t want to buy another house again for many years if possible, but it’s nice to know she’s there if we need to! This particular house buying and selling experience this time around had been considerably more complicated than our last purchase. Being over seven months pregnant with a knack for having babies early, we found a house we loved that was a “for sale by owner,” and we couldn’t buy it until we had first sold our own home. So, essentially Troyce had to do double the work since she is the only realtor on our new home and needed to help guide the owner who wanted to go at it alone (I never recommend doing this stuff alone, never) and she had to work doubly hard to get our house sold within a 30 day period. We made our offer, our offer was accepted, and then three days later, our house was on the market, staged, photographed, and after 5 days on the market we had our first offer. By the seventh day, we accepted an offer. We were able to move all closing days up, we were able to get all inspections done, and she helped us arrange all necessary services. It was amazing! It is also incredibly convenient that Troyce’s husband can work out all the money questions. They are such an excellent team and much like Troyce, Joe makes you feel like you may be the only client he has, being very patient and working out all the math to make it work with great knowledge. I cannot understand why anyone who needs a realtor would choose anyone other than Troyce. Home buying is a stressful, but having an excellent realtor certainly alleviates a massive amount of the burden. It’s also nice that Troyce is so lovely as a person that you will want to have her over for dinner regularly at your new house

From our first conversation, it was apparent that we were in great hands. We had a laundry list of items and a tight budget to work with, but you listened to everything that we wanted, and after just one day of looking at houses, you understood exactly what we were looking for.
