Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Trudy Holmes your full-time realtor for over 30 years. My goal is to make your dream a reality. I’m a native of Chicago and is here to help you with all of your homebuying and selling needs in Illinois and Indiana.

My specialization is with helping home sellers (Resale or Luxury), First Time Homebuyers, Investors and Relocation clients including teachers, and students.

Our initial consultation is key in assisting us with preparation of locating the right home for you in the quickest time possible. My team has access to proven working partners if needed as part of my VIP services provided to you.

I’m an active volunteering member of the National Association of Realtors and Women’s Council of Realtors (Chicago Division).

I truly believe a realtor means more than joining professional associations; it should also include having involvement in the community where we work as well. I serve my community in many capacities from OES, Food Drives to Senior Assisted Living to name a few. My Brokerage and I also support Habitat for Humanity and to date has donated well over 5 million in the charity which built more than 15 Habitat Homes.

My success comes from helping others with their needs by providing personal attention to details including accountability and educating my clients. I’m looking to develop friendships and lifelong relationships.
