Tucker Petrzelka

Tucker is one of those people who actually was able to live the dream job of his youth. With practical and educational background in Animal Behavior, he became Supervisor of Animal Training over Shamu Stadium at SeaWorld of San Diego. Over those 16 years, he had the opportunity to live throughout the United States and the privilege to touch the lives of the people within those places he called home. It was while working alongside Shamu, that the impact of helping others became a major driving force in his life.

After graduating from Seattle Pacific University in 1995 and subsequently leaving Washington, Tucker knew in his heart that he would one day make it back. Thus, when he and his family decided to make a change, he teamed up with John L. Scott to become a real estate broker to combine his passion for helping others with the reputation of community service and family values that John L. Scott offers. Today, he has just as much passion for helping people find homes as he did when connecting with the guests and animals at SeaWorld.

Tucker believes that everyone should own a home. With the right knowledge and understanding of neighborhoods, housing trends, and financing – and surrounding oneself with a team that can explain in every detail the aspects of the buying and selling process – people can accomplish the dream of owning their own home. That being said, Tucker would like to help his clients fulfill that dream.

Striving to make a client’s home buying or selling process easy is Tucker’s ultimate goal and he will be the friend they can trust as their families begin to build memories of a lifetime. He will provide the best service possible for every person he represents and will be honest, loyal and sincere to his customers and clients.

Understanding the stress and uncertainty that accompanies a move to a new city or locating a “dream home” is important. Tucker will help his clients find the neighborhood that best fits the needs and values for them and their families. Real estate brokers are skillful in many aspects of business and conduct themselves in a way that aligns with their own passions and personality. Today, Tucker’s business is 95% referral based and considers his clients his friends. He represents their best interests with honesty and integrity, and they benefit from the knowledge and experience that he offers.

Tucker makes certain his clients understand the buying and selling process, knows their options, and sees possible pitfalls - which in turn helps them see the “big picture” while making decisions that are the best for themselves and their families. His job is to protect his clients in the best way possible and to advocate for their interests. The best and most successful negotiations always look for a win on both ends.

Tucker is a one-person team and loves taking care of all transaction details. He strives for perfection, but most importantly, he cares about his clients, and they know, above all, that they can trust him to do his very best for them at all times and to help them find a home where their new stories can begin.
