Tugg is the Owner and Broker, of Grand Pacific Properties Group. Originally from Kansas, Tugg has lived in San Diego full time since 1996. Tugg founded Grand Pacific Properties Group in 2010, after 10 years of being a co-owner in another successful boutique real estate company. Having achieved over $150 million in career sales, Tugg has worked with buyers and sellers of condominiums, townhomes and luxury properties throughout the city and coastal communities. Tugg has been recognized as an integral part of the local real estate scene, setting records for the highest sales in several zip codes.
