I cannot say enough about how much Twila has helped my family find our home. She is a bulldog for her clients and will not let you get screwed in any way.

Our journey together has been over a year to find the right house. Housing market has been less than ideal (by a landslide) and for months we looked at houses, made offers, and were beat out by cash offers. Disheartened, we were about to just give up…until we started looking at building instead. Signed a contract for a house Jan 2022, and it was supposed to be completed by August. The only reason we were even able to get that contract is because of Twila. (The builder I will NEVER recommend to anyone ever because of who they are and how we were treated. There will be a review there also. Century Communities) Aug came and went and the house wasn’t anywhere near complete. Nothing but lies and misinformation from the builder until October 2022. Once we finally got fed up with the runaround we were getting from the company, we found a prebuilt that we LOVE in a neighborhood that we LOVE. We were in a unique situation where we waited to buy a home for many reasons. The current market motivated us, and I chose to use my VA loan benefit. With that, and an unexpected time crunch, I needed VA loan experts and Veteran advocates. I found both with this team. We were able to see homes evenings, weekends, and each time our MLS search peaked our interest. We were accompanied by a team that understood our preferences and prioritized them. We looked at many houses in many neighborhoods and at many price points, and received the same attention and service at each one. She not only understood the immediate appeal of each property, she could identify and explain any potential issues with appraisal or inspections.
