Twyla Perkins

As an Illinois native, and before entering real estate, Twyla served her country in the United States Army as a Human Resources Specialist serving multiple tours stateside and overseas, retiring in the rank/grade of 1SG/E-8 out of Fort Polk, LA. Since retirement she has embarked on several journeys such as: serving as a Volunteer Coordinator for the Department of Juvenile Justice and contracting with the federal government to provide services as a Casualty Coordinator in Alexandria, VA.
Finally, she now has the opportunity, to venture out in her passion for Real Estate. As a real estate professional, she genuinely appreciates, value and recognize the confidence and trust her clients place in her. This fuels her to strive every day to exceed their expectations. With Coldwell Banker’s culture of awesomeness, putting their agents first and showing that they care, enables her to thrive on the experiences instilled in herself, which makes available for use the discipline it takes to build the most powerful real estate team in Columbia.
Outside of real estate, she takes pride in giving back to the community, spending time with her grandchildren Mekhi and Carson, and she is a proud member of the Beautiful Shades of Color Book Club founded in 2010, Columbia, South Carolina.
