My husband and I hired Ty to be our realtor in January 2019 as we were expecting our 4th daughter. We knew we wanted to be in a new home before she was born in May. She was very adamant to make sure we saw everything that fit in our budget and what fit our families needs and wants. We were able to close on our new home in March 2019! Ty made all the magic happen and made the whole process easy and fun for us. I have never met a realtor that has the go-getter attitude that she does. She truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them.

Ty is a great realtor! She is professional and extremely knowledgeable. Always available and
very responsive whenever I reached out to her with questions. She is hard working and genuine. You can tell that she loves what she does and cares about her clients. She has a great personality and I thoroughly enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her and if I ever sell my home, she is the only realtor I will work with.

Ty is an AWESOME agent! She always answered her phone and replied to emails swiftly. She has a really good understanding of the local market and I would use her again the next time I buy a home. She is highly recommended and the best real estate agent I have worked with. I have referred her to 2 other family members and they have been very happy with her services as well.

Ty is one of the most genuine and hard working realtors that we have in the tri-state area.
She has infinite patience and really wants what is best for her clients.
She treats you like you are a friend or family member.
It is obvious from day one that her priority is NOT just trying to make a sale.
She wants to find out what's best for you in your situation.
She is also thorough and experienced enough to really advise during a showing.
After searching , we didn't end up buying a house. We stayed in the home we have and are renovating it.Ty wasn't discouraging us in our choice.
She has remained a friend and were updating her on our progress.
She was the best part of our home search!

Ty was our buying and selling agent. She dealt with us for a year looking for the right home. We probably looked at over a hundred houses and never lose grip with us. Ty was great with focusing on our needs. She put up with our kids and had a great time. Even though we have found our forever home we have become great friends with Ty. We love her to death and would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

We bought our first home with Ty and it was a great experience! It took us several months to find our home. We looked at houses that were way too big and way too small trying to pin down what we wanted. There were several times I had her show me 5 houses in one day. She was always available and patient while we narrowed down what we wanted. When we finally found our home, I saw it online and told her we needed to see it immediately. Only four hours after it was on the market, we had seen it, put in our offer and had it accepted! She had been working on the paperwork before we told her the offer because she knew we would want to put it in as soon as we made the decision with houses selling extremely fast. She was proactive and always informative. I highly recommend anyone to work with Ty and will work with her again if we ever leave this house.

We worked with Ty for almost a year before we found the perfect home for our family. Houses were flying off the market so fast but she was patient, always responsive and helpful with every home we asked to look at. She made the process of house hunting WAY more enjoyable than the person we used the first time around. I would HIGHLY recommend her and if ever I needed to house hunt again, I wouldn’t dream of working with anyone but her.
