About Ty

In 1979, Ty started his career working part-time selling real estate while finishing his Bachelor of Science program from the California State University Long Beach. After graduating in 1983 with a degree in Finance with options in Financial Management and Real Estate, he started his career as a full-time real estate agent. Today, he is a Real Estate Broker with 40 years in the industry meeting the needs and interests of his clients with integrity and professionalism. He has closed over $175 Million in Real Estate transactions from $35,000 homes to $4,850,000 estates and successfully negotiated the partnership between Firstteam Real Estate (sales of over $5.4 billion) and Bank of California (assets of over $8.2 billion). He now works with Keller Williams.

There is nothing like the outdoors and he has a strong connection to nature. He is now a volunteer for their SAR Search And Rescue and coordinator of their Alpine / Rope Team, working with the Sheriff's Department for the greater San Bernardino County.
