My wife and I had a great experience buying our home with Tyler. He helped us throughout the process and gave us advice that assisted us in narrowing down the home to buy. He has great recommendations and a very keen eye for potential problems. Tyler made buying our house easy to navigate and provided us with so much valuable information. Meeting dates, signing dates, corresponding with inspectors and lenders, Tyler does it all. He was flexible with his time and made us feel like we were his sole priority throughout the process. He's a super nice, easy-going guy and is professional and very easy to get along with and I couldn't recommend him more. Five stars.

We used Tyler to both purchase and sell our home in Black Mountain and could not have been happier or more satisfied! The whole process was extremely daunting at first, and he was there for us every step of the way. There wasn't a single phone call he didn't answer or email he didn't reply, and he went above and beyond with his help. He even helped us move our chicken coop the day of closing and was there at 7AM with coffee cake and a smile. He worked around our work schedules which was huge, and was always so enthusiastic and excited to be there with us no matter the day or time. What was so different about Tyler as compared to other realtors I have used, is that he genuinely cared about us and our family. He didn't just look at bottom dollar, he looked at us. We felt so supported. He gave us his upmost attention, and we knew at every moment we were a priority to him. This man is the realtor you want in this market, period. If you are going to buy or sell, you're doing yourself a disservice if you do not choose this man. I cannot recommend him enough!!!!

Tyler helped us find our dream home in WNC! He went above and beyond in every aspect of the process, and we could not have asked for a better agent and friend for the ride.

From the very beginning, Tyler was generous with his time. We felt super comfortable with the condition of our new home thanks to his diligence during the inspection period. He attended every inspection personally!

Tyler's dedication continued even after we closed on the house. He went above and beyond by checking on our house during the winter storm while we were away over the holidays. As first-time homebuyers, it was a huge relief to have such a calm, compassionate, and decisive agent to lean on.

We can't speak highly enough about our experience of getting to know and work with Tyler. He was not only our agent but also a friend for the journey. We truly couldn't have done it without him!

Tyler is amazing! He was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Our home buying journey was long distance and long. We moved across the country, and first met Tyler 8 months before we finally closed on our new home. While we were still far away he was sending us listings online and even offered to do live FaceTime walk through. When we finally made it to town, 5 months later, he got us set up with a short term rental! This was amazing, it was so hard to find something online, especially with our pups. Tyler helped us get set up with financing, and a real estate lawyer too. Helping us all the way through the process here in North Carolina, which is much different then our previous experience in Oregon. I couldn't be happier with this experience over-all, and highly recommend Tyler he's just the best!

Tyler Davis is not only a great partner to have on your side when buying a property in WNC, he is a true liaison to the Asheville area. Throughout the entire process, from prospect to property owners, Tyler added value through his knowledge of the area and real estate.
Tyler equipped us with knowledge of all the areas around Asheville to help us zero in on properties and then did a great job getting us a completive offer accepted. Once under contract Tyler did not rest and made sure all boxes were checked to ensure a smooth closing process.
