Tyler Divin

Tyler joined Urban Capital Growth in 2019 as Vice President of Acquisitions bringing over 15 years of experience in varied roles within the world of commercial real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, brokerage, development, and redevelopment at several great companies such as HUTTON, Victory Real Estate Investments, Sofran Group, and Marcus & Millichap. He’s been involved in over $688 Million of deal volume in a wide variety of roles providing him a broad foundation of knowledge and relationships in CRE. Tyler’s primary focus at UGC will be acquisitions and asset management.

Tyler holds a BS in Finance from Auburn University, has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and holds brokerage licenses in Florida and Georgia. When he’s not at work Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife Meghan, son J.G., and their dog Baer finding any excuse or activity to be outdoors enjoying nature.
