Tyler Morgen

Tyler was born and raised in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. After graduating from Depaul with a degree in advertising and a minor in screenplay writing he headed out to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. He started working in the writer's room on multiple projects as well as honing his skills in front of the camera as a commercial actor. Tyler developed a strong skill set for client relationships by working with other agents/actors/casting directors in that industry. After 7 years on the west coast Tyler moved back to Chicago. He's a family guy and had two nephews whom he wished to spend more time with. He decided he was going to transfer his knowledge of client relationships and negotiation tactics to the real estate world. With the combination in his mind of family, and client wants/needs; Tyler brings a fresh perspective to the real estate environment with a touch of west coast mentality and midwest heart. He specializes in residential real estate and makes sure that the goals of his clients come first and is driven to make your experience as stress free as possible. Tyler believes that with any successful relationship communication is key and he gives his clients just that.
