Tyler Pegg

Tyler joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in early 2007 and helped co-found The CRESS Group in 2012. He is Partner at Sun Coast and he serves as one of the firms Senior Vice Presidents. Tyler graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the Cameron School of Business. He holds a real estate license in both North and South Carolina and has served as a Board Member on the REALTORS® Foundation of the Cape Fear REALTORS® Association, Wilmington Downtown, Inc., and The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance, both as Director and Treasurer. Tyler is a resident of downtown Wilmington where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
