Tyler Polan

As a native San Diegan, Tyler has a natural affinity for our area, a commitment to community, and enjoys promoting “America's Finest City” with all it has to offer. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, Tyler honed his business marketing and sales skills working for two Fortune 50 companies, Xerox Corporation and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Being an entrepreneur at heart, Tyler left the corporate world to pursue a start-up company of his own. Nearly ten years later, he successfully sold his company and began working consecutively for two additional start-ups, focusing on sales, marketing and client relations. After achieving rewarding results with those ventures, Tyler ignited his life-long passion for real estate with the purchase and remodel of a circa 1950s former Encinitas avocado Ranch House/Rambler sitting on nearly two acres. With Tyler's relentless attention to detail, he orchestrated over 40 contractors to transform the structures and landscaping into current styles and code compliance while preserving the original architectural charm. He sold the property in 2016, setting a historical high sales price and price per square foot for that neighborhood. Tyler brings decades of experience in sales, marketing, negotiating and client relations to Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. His extensive international and domestic travels taught him how to successfully work with people from around the world, and he has built a wide lifelong network of relationships across San Diego County. Tyler truly enjoys assisting people with the search for their ideal property, to help them achieve part of the American Dream. Tyler lives in Cardiff with his wife and two children. The family enjoys San Diego's outdoor lifestyle by biking, hiking, running, camping and cherishes time at any of the county's incredible beaches.
