My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Tyler as our realtor. She is prompt, extremely concise, and very very professional. We were selling our home while also needing to find another home. I didn’t know what I was doing when searching for a home and thanks to Instagram I was able to fine Tyler. I reached out and wishing a week I was able to schedule our first meeting. She was informative and that’s what I needed. She knew the market and what I would be up against. Even when I wanted to give up on home searching she kept pushing me. I didn’t think I would be Able to get a new construction house like I really set out - but here we are! I was able to get everything I wanted.

Getting a home as a first time homebuyer is scary but thanks to Tyler asking all the right questions about hen needed everything worked out!!!

Tyler was my agent for my first home purchase. She is phenomenal! I changed what I was looking for a bit during the process, and she was patient and supportive. She gave me great advice about which place to buy, and she was on top of everything when we made the offer. She communicated well with the buyer's agent, kept things moving, had great contacts for inspections, and talked me through my concerns and questions. I highly recommend her.

As new homebuyers, we had no idea where to start. My friend recommended a local realtor group, which is where we found Tyler. As another Black woman named Tyler, it felt like fate!

Throughout the whole process, Tyler was absolutely awesome. She was super communicative, responsive, and patient with me when I was being anxious about literally everything. She helped guide us every step of the way and made it a relatively painless experience all around! We even got the first house we put a bid in, thanks to Tyler's serious knowledge about comps in the area. Tyler helped my wife and I find our first home last year before the pandemic. It was such an odd time and we were on a time crunch to get everything done before we went into lock down. She was there every step of the way guiding us through the process and was just as determined as we were to find a home. She even assisted with a virtual tour when one of us couldn't make the viewing. That's how determined she was. She always paid attention to our likes and dislikes and would come back with suggestions on homes catering to our vision. She is a realtor who wants to make sure you materialize your vision in the home you're searching for. She has a great attitude and even after you've become a homeowner she still makes herself available.
