I am a first time home owner and Tyrone was a absolute pleasure to work with. He really took time to learn what I needed in a home. He was always available for showings and worked around my busy schedule. He is very knowledgeable with home construction and pointed out things I should look out for as I searched for a home. I gained trust in him and he found the perfect home for me and my girls just when I was about to give up. What a way to end the year with a new home! He encouraged me to bring my children with me and they also enjoyed being apart of the process. I could really tell he is passionate about what he does and that he wants the best for his clients. Tyrone is the type of true “partner” you need in today’s world. He made my home buying experience something that I will always remember. Tyrone was amazing right from the get go. He listened to everything I was looking for in a new home and was on top of every listing that matched what I wanted. Tyrone was active with the sellers agent and got me the house I wanted even though there were 24 other bids on the house. Tyrone has helped my wife and I 3 times. Selling two properties and helping us purchase our forever him. He was very patient - each situation was different, including dealing with an estate sale as well as the emotions associated with that type of transaction. He navigated that all and provided us with options and recommendations throughout the process. The same is true of the two other situations. We looked at lots of homes and dealt with low inventory but Tyrone worked to find us exactly what both I and myself were looking for in a new home. Thoughtful and considerate throughout - with a personal touch that really sealed the deal for us.

I am not sure where to start! From day one, Tyrone listened, understood, and executed. He listened to what the needs were but was intuitive enough to also listen to what wasn’t being said so that he could match us perfectly with the right home.

Mr. Player is very knowledgeable. If you’ve been out looking at houses in this market, you know how often you can end up in a bidding war. Well, Tyrone was quick at the draw. Whenever we saw a house and expressed interest, he was immediately on the phone with the listing agent to provide us with as much information as possible to help us with making an informed decision.

I can’t tell you how much he has done for us. He is patient, kind, encouraging, and always available when we needed him. This is by far the best home shopping experience I’ve ever had.
