Urai is not only a wonderful agent, she is a kind, wonderful person and spirit. Urai has sold two homes for me and helped me purchase another home. During these tough times, Urai used her masterful negotiation and people skills to help me purchase a home well under the asking price, despite other homes going well over $10,000 asking. Urai was so kind and patient with the other realtor and me during such a stressful and emotional time. When selling my other homes, I was so stressed out because it was right before everything shut down but Urai had it under control. She has such an eye for detail, beautiful staging techniques and a litany of resources to get the job done. By the end of the staging process, I didn't want to leave. Urai got my home sold in one day and it had previously been on the market for several months, before I removed it. She got my condo sold in 2 weeks with several offers, despite many other units being for sale in the same building. As a matter of fact, Urai staged the condo so beautifully, someone within the same building purchased my unit. Urai actually cares about her clients. She follows up with them and checks on their well being. I was going through a non real estate issue and she even helped me with that. She is an excellent agent and person.
