Valdy is one of the most responsive , professional, & helpful realtor that I had the privilege of working with. I can’t recommend him enough. If you need quality services, Valdy is definitely the realtor for you. Valdy has many times extended his help with so many aspect of the house buying process for my fiancé and I. Even though he is registered in NY, he has helped us vented NJ realtors as well as houses. He used all the resources possible to help us to the best of his ability. When we looked for houses in NY, all our tours were so professional and organized. We looked at houses that weren’t too far of a drive from each other and maximized our time. He presented all the information we needed to know that was available to him. He was quick with sending out offer letters and ensuring we have the best experience possible. As a first time home buyer Valdy Fleuriot was exactly what my fiancé and I needed as a realtor. From the very beginning he made sure we knew what to expect in this market. We were not surprised by anything he made sure we were informed and updated promptly. He also worked for us every home buyer wants a realtor who makes the buyers interest their priority. We never felt like Valdy was more concerned about his financial incentive or improving his sales statistics through out the entire process We knew he was looking out for us, making sure we got exactly what we needed, and that it was a the best deal possible. Home buying is very big decision and having valdy on our team made the process and hunt easier than expected!
