I appreciated her responsivenesss, consistently answering my messages quickly and made sure I was always informed throughout the process. She also gave me the space to explore different options without ever making me feel pressured, which made a big difference in helping me feel confident in my decisions.

On top of that, she was incredibly patient, kind, and easy to work with. Even when I had a lot of questions or needed extra clarification, she remained supportive and never showed frustration.

I highly recommend Valee. As executor for my friend's estate, I had to sell a property. Valee guided me through the process and helped me consider various options. She took care of the paperwork which was a big help. Valee is very knowledgeable, a good listener, and easy to talk with. She responds quickly to phone calls and texts. Her fee was very fair. Valee was recommended to me from another real estate agent as a true professional and someone I could count on during the process of purchasing a home. She was kind enough to do a video walkthrough of the property as I was in a different location at the time. I was so impressed with her demeanor during the video that I drove four hours the next day to see the property. An offer was made that day on the property. We reached out to Valee close to 5:00 PM on a Sunday to evaluate our house for listing, and she was incredibly accommodating, answering our call and even visiting the property that day. Throughout the entire process, from our initial phone conversation to the conclusion, Valee was exceptional! She was always quick to respond and maintained a wonderfully positive attitude. Given that we reside in a different state, there were instances when we needed Valee to provide access to the house for contractors, and she consistently came through for us. She introduced us to a Contractor ARC Roofing of Las Cruces they were amazing. Found Hail damage on roof and replaced from insurance carrier in less then 3 days. It helped increase the value of our home by another 30k. She's an absolute gem, a perfect 10! And knows the right people to get your listing maximized!!

Valee was very polite and professionally persistent when working to sell our property. With many different difficulties and obstacles that we encountered she went above and beyond to help. Given that my mother is regaining her health and is of advanced age, it could not have been accomplished without Valee’s commitment, care and dedication. Her knowledge and experience were vital in getting everything done.
Our needs were very specific and situation was not the norm. That said, Valee’s effort exceeded that of what we could have ever expected. For that we are grateful.
