I’ve been selling real estate since 2001, and my business has always been built on clear communication, organized systems, and a deep understanding of the Flagstaff market. I began my career in the Phoenix and North Scottsdale luxury markets, but returned to Flagstaff in 2003—my alma mater community (NAU, Class of 2000)—to build a practice rooted in local knowledge, long-term relationships, and intentional client service.
I have extensive experience in new-construction sales, having represented respected local builders including Keepsake Homes and Capstone Homes (Designated Broker). I’ve guided the sale of more than 200 + new-construction homes in communities such as Ponderosa Trails, Anasazi Ridge, Flagstaff Ranch, Mountainaire, Forest Highlands, Pine Canyon, Farmhouse Estates, and Pinnacle Pines. This background gives my clients a meaningful advantage when evaluating construction quality, long-term value, and resale potential.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve been consistently ranked among Flagstaff’s top agents, with 500+ homes sold. I lead with substance over "flash", prioritizing intentional marketing, elevated listing presentation, and strategic client advocacy. My clients value my steady communication, strong agent relationships, and the high-trust experience I deliver from first conversation to closing.
I also serve as one of the original organizers of the Flagstaff Luxury Home Tour, helping shape the tour’s early structure and collaborative agent culture, and I continue to lead the tour every other month. This monthly tour is open to all agents who want to learn, collaborate, and grow within Flagstaff’s luxury market, and it remains a space where we elevate one another and the properties we represent.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, swimming, skiing, and spending time outdoors with my husband and two daughters. I understand the role a home plays in a family’s life, and I bring that perspective to every client I serve.
