Van Pezzello

Van Pezzello has been buying, selling and investing in real estate for 10 years. She joined Keller Williams Chicago-Lincoln Park in March 2018 and has progressively grown her business throughout the Chicago and surrounding suburb areas. Her interested in real estate started when her son was born 9 years ago. Thinking ahead she invested in real estate for his schooling because she studied and understood the admissions process and school systems of Chicago. Her knowledge in private and public schools, their ratings, neighborhoods and real estate has benefitted many of her clients. Van resides in RiverNorth with her husband and 9-year-old son. She loves living in the city of Chicago and is very active in the community. You will see her volunteering in a lot of the RiverNorth families’ activities. When Van is not off showing clients homes or conducting an open house she loves to paint, travel, explore different foods and spend time with her family and friends.
