Vance and his entire team, including Dale B., were so helpful during the entire selling experience! This was the first time I have ever sold a house and Vance made it incredible. Always there for recommendations for contractors, cleaners or any need I had. He stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and actually had offers coming in before it was officially on the market! After buying my house from Vance I reconnect with him about selling it two years later. Vance was more then happy to sell it for me. After going on the market, we had offers and the the house went pending within a handful of days. Unfortunately the first deal did not work out (no fault of Vance or his company. It was the buying and his bank) but Vance was able to set up a second buying on the same day the first deal didn’t work out. House got sold on time. Vance was able to help me out with some minor work to the house as I had moved out of state. I trusted him with the property in my absence and felt like it was taken care of.
From my own research Vance doesn’t care what price range your looking at he will help you. I happen to notice really expensive places he was selling but he still hand time for me and my house (sold for $250k).

Vance was our agent for buying our first home and I can't recommend him highly enough. We recently moved from San Francisco so everything in Baltimore seemed so cheap to us! But Vance helped us learn the market, often noting that houses were overpriced. He also noticed things that we wouldn't have, like an oil furnace in one of the homes we toured. When we found the right place for us, he helped us through all of the steps that were brand new to us.

I recently bought a home through Keller Williams, now Re/Max, in which Vance was my agent. The process hit many snags, all seller oriented, and lasted for a total of about 6 months, 4 of which I was displaced. Throughout the entire process, Vance was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me as much as humanly possible and getting me the exact house I wanted. He was responsive even on off hours and when he was on vacation and he never left a questions unanswered. Vance was exceptional and truly helpful. He was very patient, skilled, knowledgeable, interactive and sharp. The best part was that he was very understanding and not pushy at all. He always helped me weigh in my options and considered what's beneficial for me and gave preference to my requirements before anything else. When my husband and I met Vance for the first time after requesting to tour a home listed on Zillow, we immediately found him to be very friendly and engaging. We toured multiple homes over the course of several months, and Vance was always prompt and responsive. We felt we could speak candidly about what we did and definitely did not like and he accommodated our tastes as best as the market would provide. After seeing many different houses we ended up falling in love with one on our current neighborhood and Vance helped to guide the entire process from top to bottom, always available for a quick chat to answer any questions we had. He worked well with the sellers realtor and the title and mortgage companies to provide as smooth a process as he could control. We will miss our weekly chats with Vance and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
