I’m Vanecia Lee, REALTOR® Owner & Managing Partner of The RealKEY Group, LLC, brokered by eXp Realty, with more than 12 years of real estate experience. After nearly 15 years working in healthcare and radiology, I transitioned into real estate with the same commitment to service, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others.
My strong work ethic started early. As a teenager, I worked tobacco fields in Johnston and Harnett County with my family where I learned that sometimes you have to roll up your sleeves, get a little dirt under your nails, and simply get the job done. That mindset still guides me today.
Over the years, I’ve developed specialized experience helping first-time homebuyers, new construction buyers, home sellers, landowners, investors, builders, and luxury home clients. My experience working alongside my husband, a local custom general contractor, has also given me valuable insight into construction, building processes, land, and the many details that go into creating a home.
I believe real estate is about far more than buying and selling property. It’s about people, relationships, trust, and helping clients make confident decisions about some of the biggest investments of their lives. I operate my business by the Golden Rule: treat people the way I would want to be treated.
When I’m not helping clients, family is at the center of my life. I enjoy spending time with my husband of more than 20 years and our two children, cheering on the ECU Pirates at baseball and football games, enjoying time at the beach, traveling with my family, and taking ski trips during the winter. We also share our home with our two cats and our dog.
